A walnut dining table and 4 matching chairs made by the Penn Table Co. of Huntington, WV.  This is nice heavy trestle table in the Jacobean style with 'bun' feet, popular in the 20's and 30's.  It is 60" long x 42" wide x 31" high and it opens up to about 72".  There is a lever and catch underneath to lock the top together.  On the under side of the table is printed '#308P Walnut' and the name of the manufacture.  The four chairs match the style of the table, one has arms.  The seat covers have been replaced recently and are light blue.  The chairs and table are very sturdy. In very good aged condition. It has the usual wear marks you would expect for an antique item. Wear areas are on the surface, there are no gouges.
